Applied Microarrays partners with all types of microarray content developers to deliver the highest quality and affordable products.

Our team is flexible and customer-driven, and has all the scientific and engineering competencies and tools to generate solutions to your custom microarray requirements.

Our manufacturing capabilities include preparation of spotted fluids to exact quality-controlled formulations, and high-speed precision dispensing of arrays on to slides, microtitre plates, or custom substrates. We will establish in-process and functional QC protocols which meet customer requirements.

We have experience in producing microarrays for applications such as gene expression, genotyping, miRNA, array CGH, antibodies, functional proteins….and are open to partnering on custom arrays in other fields.

Our cleanroom facility has very high capacity for non-contact spotting, using custom-built tools capable of producing whole genome arrays as well as lower density products. Our factory ERP systems provide complete traceability of arrays from design through manufacture and shipping.
